  3. The name generally recognized by consumers
  4. The chemical or technical name or description
  1. Descending order of predominance
  2. Exceptions
  3. Active drug ingredients
  4. Ingredients with less than 1% concentration
  5. Color additives
  6. “And other ingredients”
